A/C Compressor |

There it is...an A/C compressor to replace the one on the Holy Angels property that has slowly been dying since Katrina. RIP! It had all the accompanying aches and pains over the last five years and caused a lot of headaches for Sr. Joyce Hanks, Property Manager.

Neighbors craned their necks to watch THE crane lift the compressor on its journey into the yard between the Holy Angels building and the chapel.

Sr. Joel Miller was on the spot with her camera when it came time for the installation of the new air condition compressor, one of the last projects in slow, post-Katrina recovery.

Move it! Move it! Piece by piece...

Whatever he's doing, it made an interesting photo with contrasts of lighting and texture...

With great ingenuity the crane operator lifted the compressor, moving it to the inside of the fence without clipping his buddies or the buildings or destroying gardens.

This is no round peg in a square hole routine...almost there.

The final fitting in place...last step inthe multi-days process of delivery and full installation.

Our heroes! Thank you for your hard work and for helping us to appreciate ... what we didn't have in our air conditioning system and what we now can count on. Bless y"all!
